去過水頭，看過美麗的洋樓建築，那麼你知道金門的東邊也有一個浦邊村，村裡同樣滿是番客返鄉建造的「番仔厝」和「番仔樓」嗎？跟著金門建築歷史學家江柏煒教授，邊散步邊認識各式各樣的洋樓建築，以及它們背後的故事，了解這個靠海的村莊，如何變成金門洋樓建築最密集的聚落之一，而金門又如何從一個偏鄉小島成為閩南地區的重要「僑鄉」。

交通資訊
騎車或開車：循環島北路開至三、四段交界處，見浦邊村口石碑即轉入，循指標繼續前進即可抵達。
大眾運輸： 金城車站出發，搭乘5、5A路往沙美方向公車； 山外車站出發，搭乘27路往沙美方向公車； 沙美車站出發，搭乘5、5A、27路公車； 至浦邊站下車，過馬路即可。 公車時間表請洽金門縣公共車船管理處， 電話(082)332-721轉9。
Pubian, home village of many Kinmenese who went to the Philippines, has one of the highest concentrations of yang-lou, or Western-style buildings. Follow author, scholar and great storyteller Dr. Bowei Chiang for an informative and story-laden guided tour through Pubian Village. Learn about how its young men left the fishing village in search of opportunities and better life and turned the fortunes they made into the exquisitely designed Western-style buildings we see today.

Be prepared: Please wear comfortable walking shoes, bring drinking water and be prepared for sun exposure.
Directions
Drive: Follow Huandao N. Rd. to Sec 3 and 4 and turn at the village stone sign with the Chinese characters 浦邊 (Pubian). Continue on the small road until you see the bus stop on your right. The Office is across the road on the left.
Buses: From Jincheng Bus Station, take Shamei-bound Bus 5 or 5A; from Shanwai Bus Station, take Shamei-bound Bus 27; from Shamei Bus Station, take Bus 5, 5A, or 27, and get off at Pubian Village (Pubian cun) Bus Stop. 講師介紹
江柏煒教授，臺北人，自1990年代初就走偏金門各大小聚落進行傳統建築田野調查，2000年以《「洋樓」：閩粵僑鄉社會變遷與空間變遷（1840s-1960s）》論文取得臺大城鄉所博士，後於金門大學院校任教逾十年，研究領域包括海外華僑與華人研究、僑鄉研究、閩南傳統聚落研究、東亞建築史，以及歷史保存和遺產保護，出版過多本金門僑鄉與建築相關的重要著作。江教授現為國立臺灣師範大學東亞系教授。
Dr. Bowei Chiang is a prolific author and renowned scholar on overseas Chinese history and traditional Chinese architecture. He is currently a professor of East Asian Studies at National Normal University in Taipei.
